The support form online is not working, cannot complete it

The online support request will not allow me to fill out the required information, so i cannot submit a request. Capture One 21 will not open : I have tried everything listed in FAQ to no avail Can some one form support email me at trrpcr110@gmail.com so we can get this dealt with?

  There is no guarantee that anyone from support will see your post.

  What kind of problem are you having with the form?  Is every field filled out?  Have you tried a different browser?

  The form, as shown in Firefox, has no entry boxes to fill in with information requested.  I have previously used Firefox for support, as recently as two weeks ago, with no problem. However  I will try your suggestion and try Safari,which is the only other browser a currently have access to

  After some convoluted manipulation I managed to use another computer to send in the support request with the needed attachments and details 

  Hopefully support can resolve the issue
