Flash mode auto shutdown when connected to C1

I'm trying the free version for tethering and so far I love it. I just got a new light (Flashpoint Xplor 400) with the R2 pro Mark II transmitter and I've been noticing that after some minutes of working on the software the flash mode of the camera (Nikon Z6) turns off and I need to reset it. It happens every time I connect the camera to the C1, when the camera is not connected the flash mode is active and I don't have this problem. It's very annoying because I can't see anything on the screen and to fix the problem I need to turn off and on the transmitter. Is there a setting where I can change this? I really want to use the software and I was considering the subscription but with this problem I'm not sure.
