My Nikon D810 is not being recognized by Capture One 21 using Macbook Pro with Catalina 10.15.7

    Be sure you have a working cable :) in most cases, connection problems are caused by hardware. Cables and sockets.

    Capture One indicates camera error and does not acknowledge a camera being detected.

    And You are 101% sure, the cable is ok?

    Have You tried to connect this camera to other computer?

    Does the Mac see the camera as a Mass Storage device?
