Licence activation
I have purchased a License, the vendor sent an Email with the trial-pro license key.
I have activated and registered the license online. When launching Capture One it says available for 30 days. Do I get a final license later?
Thanks,
Domenico

Thank you for Reply Jan.
The problem I have is that the the license I received is just activating the software for 30 days, although I already paid for a full one. I guess this is the reason why the registration code is incorrect when trying to activate online or even offline. The registration code is not accepted.
My question is: should I not get the final license instead of temporary one?

- Go to captureone.com
- Click on the head-and-sholders icon next to the Resources link at the top of the page. Log in if necessary.
- Click on the Manage licenses button.
- That will show you what licenses are registered to your capture one account. Clicking on the disclosure button will show the license key and other information.
If you do not see an entry for "Capture One Pro 21 (perpetual license)" then you need to contact Capture One support to find out why.

Domenico,
The trial should be fully functional for 30 days.
That would, presumably, give the seller time to set up the purchase and have a new "full" activation key sent to you. (I am making some assumptions here. There was a time when I bought C1 through a dealer and things seemed to work that way with them but when the operation stopped I found it easier to purchase through the recently enhanced on-line sales process.)
