Alternative interface colors (dark, mid and light).
ImplementedMost graphics editing software has this option. I have spent two decades working with light interfaces. My daily routine involves 70% Adobe apps and 30% C1P, switching between light on dark to dark on light really hurts my eyes and I have to re-adjust daily, it's extremely frustrating. This addition to C1P functionality could be implemented in an hour or two, just drop all the icons in Photoshop and invert their colors. I am including a quick preview here: https://ibb.co/GRqz37f

It is things they like that make you wonder what goes wrong with Capture One SW development.
A request to be able to change the Graphical User Interface color from (near) black to other colors or at least other grey tones has been voiced already for YEARS, yet nothing has happened.
Yes you can change the color of the viewer background but the menus remain as they are.
This is such a simple low effort change to implement, but it is simply not done. Instead, prices hike up with C21 claiming massive productivity improvements.
I would be much more willing to upgrade if such simple, annoying stumblestones would be finally removed.
Another one is the import from a connected Sony camera, leaving the image database on the SD card corrupted. Also an issue for years.

@Christian Sinner
I think the lack of ability to choose a font size is another example for what you were trying to express.
C1 is incredibly flexible when it comes to arranging tools, but the one fixed font size by definition has to be a compromise between the vastly different requirements presented by 1080, 2K, and 4K displays.
Supporting complete freedom over font size could be too challenging but at least a few font size presets should be available to adjust C1's interface to the monitor resolution.3
