CO21 omits pixels when exporting
Another strange phenomenon when exporting RAW to JPEG. Pictures from a Nikon D850 (8256x5504 pixel) after export with the new NX Studio have exactly the same resolution as the RAW format, while CO21 outputs only a maximum of (7938x5292 pixels) with the same values (JPEG 100%, scaling fixed, quality 100).
The file size of NX Studio is 14.6MB, while CO21 takes 21.7MB for the smaller size. Quo vadis CO? Where did my pixel information go?
Speaking of - the conversion of NX Studio to JPEG in direct comparison to CO without changing the RAW files is much better in the shadows and reveals more structure.
Nikon keep it up ...

Does this loss of pixels also occur if you disable all Capture One's lens Correction?

Where did my pixel information go?
Lens correction, as Shane suggests.

@Shane - no, when I turn off lens correction, the value goes back to its original size, but with NX Studio it is also turned on. The value remains unchanged with NX Studio.Obviously Nikon has a better JPEG engine, which is also visible when the camera generates the JPEG.

Well, that's where your pixels are. When distortion is corrected, inevitably there is some loss of the image at the edges.
I can't comment on NX Studio as it refuses to run on my iMac!!
