    Your direct channel to Capture One tech help is via the Submit a Request link at the top right of this page.

    Where are your images located? (Internal disc, external disc, etc?) I see you have 8GB of RAM. That is the minimum requirement, but I suspect that more would be better. 

    But try the link and ask Support for help.

    Hi, Ian.

    The first time it happened, the catalog was on an external hard drive.

    Then I copied the catalog to the internal HD and the same thing happened. I uninstalled the CO and reinstalled it and it kept happening.

    The CO20 ran smoothly with 8GB of RAM, I don't think the problem is about memory.
