2 questions

I have one activation for Windows and one for mac.first question is why in my windows the "auto hide" option in the View/browser/customize browser is not available?It is available on my Mac.

Question 2.why when I press alt+reset icon does not do anything?.I have seen on video tutorials that when the above mention keyboard shortcuts it should do something like the "before/after" action.I would appreciate you giving me any reason/explanation as to why those issues.
