I have one activation for windows and one for mac.first question is why in my windows the "auto hide" option in the View/browser/customize browser is not available? question 2.why when I press alt+reset icon does not do anything?.I have seen on video tutorials that when the above mention keyboard shortcuts are pressed, it should do something like the "before/after" action.I would appreciate you giving me any reason/explanation as to why those issues.

    Answers to your questions: 

    (1) For some strange OS-related reason, the autohide feature doesn't work in Windows. I'm not sure why, but it's not anything you have done wrong.

    (2) The Alt-Reset method has been replaced by the Before/After feature. Before/After was released in version 20.1, so you may see some videos showing the old Alt-Reset method if they are based on the original release of version 20.
