Plugin "Open with" initialization error after updated C1 for Sony 14.1.0.74 version

I have never had this problem with older versions of C1 for Sony.

The error appears during C1 start and therefore you cannot use "edit with" or "open with".

My OS is Windows 10 Pro 20H2 / compilation 19042.867
