    I know you have posted in the C V21 thread bu can you also confirm that you are running V21 when you get this message.

    Well ok now I see so, so for some reason it was trying to open in an older version of 20 which I had no idea was still on my machine and have not used for awhile not sure why it took persistence but incase any one else has that issue, what worked for me is closing the old version and right click open with and select the 21version and then the update option was there where it was not before, thanks @SFA for pointing that out, mild panic moment averted.
