I can't work tethered with nikon z7 II

CP1 21 (Build 14.1.0.220) - Mac OSX Catalina. When I connect the Z7 ii there is no possibility to see it and shoot in tethering while with the old z6 it works fine .. I absolutely need to get it working .. I use high quality cable tether tools.
I wrote to assistance but got no response .. this is very unprofessional as i am paying an annual subscription for Nikon...

    It works very badly, a little yes and a little error and all this with excellent quality cable ... I wrote to support days ago without receiving assistance ... I will not subscribe anymore ... unprofessional assistance ...
