luma curve vs color balance highlights
What is the best way to reduce highlights when the exposure warning shows - does it matter if i use luma curve vs color balance highlights? thanks.

If the exposure warning shows, my first thought would be neither the luma curve nor the highlights section of color balance.
Why not the highlights slider (or perhaps the whites slider) in the High Dynamic Range tool?

Yes i forgot to mention those, I do use them first but sometimes i still need more.
Another question - are the individual RGB channels in the C-1 curves tool the same as color channels in Affinity Photo?
