Capture One 21 and FujiFilm XT3 on Windows 10

I've been loving using Capture One to tether. BUT...

While tethered and shooting for clients on location, randomly the images will stop importing. Very embarrassing. In order to get the images into the computer after the "disconnect", I have to take the SD from the camera and insert it into the laptop, and copy it to the drive. I copy the images into the "Session" Capture folder. The files have to come in and not use my import settings so the file names are different. What a pain! Does anyone ever have this issue? 

All of the community posts I've read when searching for this issue are years old.
