Can't upload my raw files

I am using Capture 1 express for fuji and since November, it was working well.  I am using an X T3 and since I am using 2 SD cards, 1: Raw and 2: Jpeg, I can't import the raw files in Capture One.  I am able to see the files on my SD card in my Mac, but the files don't appear in Capture One when I try to import them.
