Bug in Photoshop PSD file format compatibility?
I have at least one PSD file, that insists on being all white in CO, although it is just fine, when opening in PS. It also creates all white jpegs, when I try to export it.
I obviously tried turning on "Maximum Compatibility", like suggested in other posts, but to no avail. I also tried to turn off compression of PSD files, and creating a top layer where I just made a flat image of my edits with "Apply Image".
It's a very simple edit with only a few layers. One for removing blemishes and one that adds a vignette. Nothing fancy at all. I also tried regenerating thumbnails in CO. Nothing seems to work.
What are the reasons for some PSD files simply not working in CO?

Hallo? Is this the formal way of submitting a bug report in Capture One?

no, they seem to monitor the forum only but do not forward issues or provide help to their user as everybody else this days does.

Anders,
To create a Support Case (as per the old system if you remember it) the appropriate route now is to use the "Submit a request" option found at the top of most pages in the Community section.
This makes the process very similar to the old process but with somewhat improved options for directing certain types of request or enquiry to the specific departments with responsibility for answering them.
I hope this information is of some help to you.

This is exactly what I did.
