Help needed with display colours on monitor

I'm having some strange colour behaviour in Capture One. I'm working with 2 monitors - a laptop (razerblade 15) and a Dell 3008. I was editing in capture one on the Dell and I noticed that the exported Tiff or Jpeg looked very different to the colours represented in Capture One. The exported image looks identical on either the laptop or the Dell monitor. Now here's the weird thing: when I drag the Capture One window from the Dell to the laptop the colours in the image change to match the export - but not right away! There's a moment lag before the colours in the image change so there is something going on in the software I think. It's quite hard to explain so here's a video of the behaviour, first showing the export then showing the window moving between screens:

    Found the solution. The colour profile of the two monitors was different at Windows level. It was made confusing as not all software seems to use these colour profiles so it looked like a Capture One issue. Anyway problem solved.
