    I have activated my new 21 software but it won't let me do anything but deactivate. Anybody know how to speak to a live person would be great.

    Use the "Submit a request" option at the top of most pages in the forum. Create a Support Case for personal support.

    In such a situation I think that following the advice given is all you can do. 

    This is a mainly User to User forum with very limited and intentionally generic forms of support in most cases.

    That said if you have had a subscription and de-activated it (or if it has been deactivated by someone else for some other reason, that subscription's key will, as I understand things, become invalid. Hence the suggestion of going to the store and getting a new subscription and new activation key.

    If the deactivation should not, so far as you know, have happened then follow the Support route and have a personal email exchange with someone who has enough access to the business systems to be able to see what has been happening.

     

    It might also be worth mentioning that your problems do not seem to have any relevance to the Original Poster's problem so probably best to discontinue this discussion here but if you want to start another post I'm sure people will comment there.
