Edit with Affinity photo error

When I try and use the "edit with - Affinity Photo" after working on a Olympus raw (orf.) file I now get the error "unable to open the specified files", is anyone else seeing this.
It seems to have started after the latest Affinity Photo update.
The jpeg that is created when I tried the "edit with" can be opened with the "open with - Affinity Photo"

    I just tried it. It works fine here with a Nikon file, the latest C1 and AP 1.9.1.
