    If you submitted the Windows provided "Crash Report" nothing much will happen from a support perspective.

    If you want someone to provide personal technical support service and take a look at the log files, etc., you need to "Submit a request".

    That route gives you an official Technical Support Case that can be managed.

    This forum is, mostly, a User to User resource.
