Capture One Pro 21 v14.1 Crash When Idle

Hi, all,

After upgraded Capture One Pro 21 from v14.0.2 to v14.1 on Windows 10, it is working fine but when I leave Capture One idle in the desktop, it would crash occasionally. I had never encountered crash when using v14.0.2. Currently I am uninstalled v14.1 and using back v14.0.2.

Already submitted crash report, wish that there is fix to be released soon.

    If you submitted the Windows provided "Crash Report" nothing much will happen from a support perspective.

    If you want someone to provide personal technical support service and take a look at the log files, etc., you need to "Submit a request".

    That route gives you an official Technical Support Case that can be managed.

    This forum is, mostly, a User to User resource.
