Capture One (perpetual licence) not working - extremely slow

I've been using Capture One 20 (perpetual licence) in the same computer since Sept 2020. But a few weeks ago, after updating Windows, it has become so slow it's unusable. It takes ages to open and doesn't refresh the adjustments on the images...

I contacted Capture One, they advised to clean install of the software and reinstalling VC++ libraries.

I've done so, uninstalled and installed it again, a few times already. I've reinstalled VC++ libraries from Microsoft. Nothing worked.

My laptop has an Intel Core i5-1035G1/12GB/512GB SSD. I am currently using Windows 10 Vs 20H2. I think it should be enough, it was enough until a few weeks ago.

Any idea on how to solve it? Any other people with the same problem? Thanks!!!

    Just an additional comment, I found out that Capture One works fine with jpeg files, but it stops when processing RAW files from Olympus, .orf files

    Just in case someone has the same problem, and read this... I finally solved the issue! I opened a ticket with Capture ONE, they were really helpful. And we could find out the problem was with the Drivers, my laptop has an Intel UHD graphics and I had to install the last version of the drivers from Intel website, that solved my problem.
