How can I move my catalog from one place on a hdd to another?

Hello

I want to move my catalog from my hdd to my ssd. Is there meanwhile (capture one 21) a procedure to manage this save and easy? Perhaps someone knows this mystery. ;-) 

My system is windows 10.
