I NEED SUPPORT HELP!
I have just spent the last hour searching your web site for customer support for Capture One and i have to applaud you on your efforts to keep it hidden. Your commitment to customer service is dully notice.
I purchased Capture One in February 2020. I don't know if i purchased it out right or signed up for a subscription. That is one question i have. The other question i have is what do i have do put is software on a new computer?.

I am with you on finding support, hopeless. I have a subscription and have downloaded the latest version, it now tells me I have 30 days trial, but I pay an annual subscription. Do you think I can find any one to ask about this ?

If you have used C1 with a Trial license that license will need to be de-activated (confirming you have finished using the trial options) before you activate your subscription with the license that should have become available with that purchase.
To the OP:
To contact the Support Team use the "Submit a request" feature that can be accessed from links on most of the "Community" pages.
In the forum it appears in the top line of a page.
In the FAQ pages it is usually at the bottom of each article before the Comments section.
