Capture One 21 Express Fujifilm Inquiry

Hello!

Why are my Fuji Film X10 RAF files imported to Capture One 21 Express Fujifilm reduced in size. Instead of 4000 x 3000 and 68.7 MB after  importing instead 2816 x 2122 and 34 MB?

    I can confirm that this issue still exists in 22 - is there any official solution for this? 

    All old posts for this are recommending manual scaling... not an option. 

    As this camera is officially supported by Capture One, I would expect this to work without issues.
