C21 + Canon R5 issues

Hi

I have - latest C21 with subscription plan, Canon r5  and I have to issues: major, minor

MAJOR:

when I connect camera to the macbook via usb cable I cannot use the import tab in Capture One - its not seeing connected camera. Lightroom and Image capture works like expected so its not a faulty cable or camera. Is there any setting I need to turn on?

MINOR

tethering - i can trigger the shutter and change camera settings but i don't see any preview - is it ok?

So basically capture one 21 is able to see R5 connected if i can change settings but I cannot download photos or see the preview while tethering.

Can somebody help me with this issues?
