Capture one pro 21 disappeared .

order N° CO210329-9012-71962.  Paid  March 29 2021

Capture one pro 21 disappeared from my Mac. I tried to redownload it but I cannot restart it. When I start it is capture one expresss for Sony that opens but I cannot find the pro 21. And I  receive  the same message that says "cannot find the catalogue"

How to reopen it?????
