Activation issue

I just installed CO 21 on my new M1 Mac and after downloading and filling in the activation key it still tells me I am on the trial version ... ?

I deactivated it on the old machine, even if I can have 2 activations.

Any idea what causes this?

    Found the reason. Everything is fine now.

    Would you be so kind to let me know about the issue? I am having another issue with activation, the app is telling me I didn't payed for it, even though I am in subscrption mode, and on the other hand, it doesn't even let me put the new license key. I tried to work it out , but failed. Any ideas are so welcome! Thank you Thomas!
