Photos offline

FirstName LastName

Hi since signing up for a monthly membership and upgrading the software all the photos I've uploaded appear to be offline not allowing the photos to be edited. Can someone please help me asap as i have photos that need to be edited for an engagement shoot. Thank you in advance

    Where are the photos? Have you allowed Capture One access to the location(s) in question? 

    Do you need to check that disk permissions on the folder(s) where the images reside are OK?

    In addition to Ian's comments, were you using a different (older?) version of C1 previously?

    If so, which version? 

    Is your new activation for a full "Pro" license or a camera manufacturer restricted version?  If restricted, do the images you cannot edit derive from a different camera manufacturer?

    I am having the same issue.  Only thing is that it was working a few days ago
