after "edit with" Picture not shown within catalogue

Hello,

I have an annoying problem since a few days:

Normally when I choose a RAW file, click on "edit with" within the context menu, select a software, C1 creates a file for editing (PSD, TIF, whatever...) and opens it within the external software while adding it to the C1 catalogue.

This does not work anymore: The file isn't added to the catalogue. Whenever I edit a picture with an external editor (like Affinity, Photoshop etc. )I always have to manually sync the whole folder to get the file into the catalogue.

So I cannot work with external editors anymore without loosing track of the files within C1.

What can I do?

    OK, it seems to have something to do with the sort order - the images are now shown at the end of the catalogue. Somehow the sort order (by name) seems not to work...

    Setting the order to "date", then "manual", then back to "name" seems to have corrected the problem... we can close this post.
