Unable to log in using Safari

    I had this a few times. I asked Support for help with it. They suggested signing in to my Capture One account first, and true enough that did seem to let me sign in OK to the forum too. What I had previously done to get round it was clear the website data for the Capture One site (Preferences in Safari, then Privacy and the Manage Website Data button) but I found myself having to do it fairly often, which was annoying.

    Thanks for your reply. I tried logging into CaptureOne at https://www.captureone.com/en/account/enter-email. That was successful and was then able to post to the forum.
