Capture One 21 Express for Sony crashes while starting

Just downloaded the newest version for my new notebook since i prefer Capture One for some types of pictures. I wanted to set everything up for the next shooting and it just isnt able to start. It begins to load and then just crashes.

Im new here so i though i should ask for help ^^
