How long does it take to get a response to a support ticket?
I am currently have a 30 day trial of Capture One. I hit a problem early on and raised a ticket. I have had no reply to it. This means that I have tried to use Capture One for 2 days and waited for a response for 10 days of my trial. I have even gone as far as reinstalling my OS to see if that would fix the problem. It didn't.
Is there any way to see my existing ticket? I only have an automated response.
Is there any likelihood of getting a response before the trial expires?
