why is is the software crasing?

I bought caputure on a year ago, not a subscription, but full. and now i cant open it, what is happening??

    Do you seriously expect anyone to be able to suggest solutions with so little information?

    As Keith says, you need to tell us more. If you bought it a year ago, presumably it is Capture One 20? What version of Windows are you on? Has anything changed on your computer set-up? (Other software change of hardware, change of Windows version?) What happens if you try to open it? Have you updated to the latest version 20 release? And any other information that might enable your fellow users to help you track down the problem.
