RAW files not processing but JPEG no problem

I never had any issues with Capture One, but all of a sudden it stopped processing my raw images. It doesn't matter which canon camera I use (5D mk IV, 5DSr, R5, R) the raw files show up upon capture but never fully render and stay pixelated unless I close Capture One and restart it, then the images are fully rendered. I have no clue what is going on.
