unable to Tether Sony to Capture One 20

Our studio has been shooting tethered to capture one 20 using a mark iv and a phase one camera. But, now we are trying out a sony 7r and I am not able to connect the camera to the computer, we are running Catalina on our mac. How do I get it up and running quickly? We have a shoot starting tomorrow!! Thank you :)
