Capture One 21 Lags on 2020 27" iMac running Big Sur

Image previews and minor adjustments cause heavy buffering. Program lags on exposure adjustments and slider adjustments. Noticed that CPU usage is between 400-800%. I have 64gb of ram and an Intel i5 processor.

 

I am running on Big Sur version 11.2.3 

Is there any support on issues like this?

    Haviing very similar issues. Version 21 doesn't Tether either. I've put in a complaint but heard nothing yet.

    I used the Capture One 20 and then 21 on HP with windovws10 and now

    On my iMac pro with parameters 3.2 GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon W Turbo Boost 4.2 GHz19 MB, 32 GB 2666MHz DDR4, Radeon Pro Vega 56 8 GB HBM2 and I also have speed issues when opening and editing images.

    I am also using Big Sur version 11.2.3
