capture one 20 pro no support for RW2 files?

looking through support page I see that it does support rw2 in pro mode (no tether though), my capture one 20 refuses even to see them...

any help?

From what camera? I see from the page here

that support for quite a lot of Panasonic cameras was only added in version 21.

panasonic s5. i see. i guess it was too much to ask for ver 20...
