Mouse Over of Style Name Does Not Give Tool-Tip

I understand that when I mouse over a Style name in the "Styles and Presets" tool, that I should receive a tool-tip that lists the settings used in the style.  Although I see the affect of the style on my image when I mouse over the style name, I do NOT receive any tool-tip.  Is this a Mac only feature or do I need to set some preference for this to work?  (I am running CaptureOne-21.1 Build 14.1.0.74 on Windows 10.)
