I would like to ask someone about a few bits of help.

on 23 March I buy capture one but i cant opened i download i can't open because all the time i got information "Cauture one 21" failed to quit and is not responding

    Hey Agnes,

    You could try to "force quit" using "⌘ + ⌥ + esc" together to bring up
    a window. Target the app you want to force quit.
