Not able to see in Full screen F mode

    You may need to explain exactly what you mean by "Transferring".

    What have you transferred?? And how?  Just the session folders?

    And why would the transfer affect the use of a User Interface function? UI settings are independent of the session data.

    If you have moved your Capture One Use to a Windows device rather than a Mac device the current settings for the UI will not be known to the new device. The default settings for "Full Screen" in a Workspace are not necessarily the same on both devices. 

    If you have found that the F key does not work at all it could be useful to check the Keyboard shortcuts definitions to make sure it is correctly defined.

    You can also try the F11 key to see if that works but you may need to use the "fn-F11" combination to avoid WIndows default usage of the F11 key.

    I guess you haven't read my request clearly . I have mentioned it as session transfer from my Macbook to PC , I don't know if anyone can clearly say this .  

    Once again making it detail ,  I have transferred the tethered session folder from my Macbook to PC , and I couldn't use the full screen mode F , while selecting the pictures . I don't know if its workspace error or what and all , but this feature is working fine on my Macbook . Confused on this. And I have tried with F11 and other functions , I couldn't see the pictures in Full screen or Slide show mode

    And I guess , I couldn't use the full screen mode on any sessions in my PC . Please resolve it

    You are probably under the impression that this is a Capture One support forum. There is no such thing.  Many of your fellow forum users may be both able and willing to assist you if you provide a precise and unambiguous problem description. "Session transfer" is likely crystal clear to you, but it is unclear to me. The same goes for details on your two-computer setup

    You can file a request for support from the Capture One team by clicking the "Submit a request" link  (https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ) near the top right of a forum page.

    The reason I offered quite a detailed reply is that I had read your post several times trying to establish what you see as a connection between transferring a session and any possible reason why that should be connected with the inability to use Full-screen mode.

    Maybe what you are really asking is why Full-screen mode is different using a Mac when compared to Windows?

    If so that's not quite the same as "not working" (as in "Not working at all".)

    However, if you are keying F or F11 and not seeing anything happen on the screen when using the default Capture One supplied workspace then that would suggest something unexpected is happening and in that case, I agree with OddS that creating a Support Case with the Capture One Support Team is the most appropriate course of action.
