Resetting the library

How can I remove from the Library imports that I no longer require?

  select

  delete

  go to album 'trash'

  select

  delete

  careful on next item: Delete from disk or remove from catalogue

  Delete will delete files, frees space on disk

  they don't go to system bin they are directly deleted

  sorry I may have miss understood the Q

  Import library is a temporary collection of your recent imports

  it goes away after some time
