ICC profiles that are no longer on my machine

Permanently deleted user

When I choose "show all" ICC profiles in a process recipe I get a pretty long list.  If I hover over a profile name it shows the location of the profile.   Many of the listed profiles no longer exist on my machine.

How do I tell Capture One these profiles no longer exist and should be removed from the list of available profiles?
