Barcode Token for subfolder on export

Hello, 
i am shooting over the day around 80 Barcodes with a different amount of Images within them in one session folder and would love to know a way how I could set a workflow, to easily keep track on how many Barcodes I have done.
As well as I would love to separate them in different export folders.
Is there any way to do that? I can not find a Barcode token for subfolders, filter option (even with keywords) or name token or anything combined.

  it is a windows system.
