Capture One 21 14.1.0.74 for Sony - Preview generation.
I downloaded the latest version of CO and was working fine for a while. Yesterday, all of a sudden, when I tried to open an image folder from my pc hard disk, it started "generating previews" and goes on and on, stuck at a particular image file. I closed and re-started CO, and the same thing happens, the preview stuck at a different image file. While it is stuck I cannot do any editing! It has become unusable! In the past, it also happened that whenever I start up CO and opens a folder, it starts generating previews in the background, but at least I could start editing, and the previews generation were progressing. Please help. I am really frustrated and on the verge of giving up on CO.

Well, your post in this forum is not a request for support. Unless you file a request for support, you will not get any. Top right on this web page you should see the link "Submit a request".
The forums are for user-to-user communication. You may find it disappointing that no other user responded to your post. I do not know how to solve your problem.

Thank you for enlightening me. I have filed a request for support, and I hope that I do get help to resolve the problem.
