Adjustments lost for session

Not sure if that's the moment it happened, but after updating to version 14.1.0.74, I lost all adjustemnts for my images!

I'm working with a session.

    If you look at the folders where the images are stored, are the Capture One subfolders with the adjustments etc still there?

    (For example, see my screen shot. The Settings folders contains the adjustments and the Cache folders contain the previews and thumbnails. Taking the image file 21-03-01-0001.NEF as an example, you'd expect to find a preview file 21-03-01-0001.NEF.cop in the Proxies folder, and a settings file (with the adjustments info in it) called 21-03-01-0001.NEF.cos in the Settings 141 folder.)

    Edited to add: I know you are on Windows, and I am on a Mac, but the principle is the same.

    Hi!

    Everything is there and the thumbnail-jpegs show my adjustments.

    What I noticed is that C1 asked to upgrade my session and after that it rescanned the folder as if it was new.
