Help to recover the activation code

Today I bought the license for C1 but I did not get the email with the activation code. I sent an email asking for help but they have not answered me. What can I do to recover the code?

  You have three options that I can think of.

  1. Wait for Capture One support to reply
  2. Check your junk mail folder just in case.  Note, my key was sent from mailer@fastspring.com.
  3. Go to captureone.com and click on the man icon next to the download button at the upper right of your screen.   Click on the manage licenses button.   There you will find your order info with key.  Or you wont.  If it's not there it is an order issue.  Go back to option 1.

  Unless you've used up your free trial you can still use capture one while waiting.
