Cursor Tools and Mouse Interaction

The cursor tools are not working. Every time I left click once, it brings up the sub-options not go to the cursor tool. I'm having to double the left click to get to a different cursor tool. 👍

    The inital post seems a valid post (as I am having the same issue on my notebook running C1), but the rest seems SPAM.
