I have no filter applied, or have I?
Dear all,
After todays software update (14.1.0.220) I am not able to shoot tethered anymore. When I take a picture I get the message "No results found for the current filter(s)" in the browser and there is no picture visible in the viewer, no matter how many times I take another shot.
I am not aware of any filter I might have set. Furthermore, when I check the filter settings (rating, color tags) there is nothing set. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Appreciate your feedback.
Regards
Robert

Furthermore, every shot taken, is saved on my drive. When checking the finder file(s) I see every single image taken.

Robert,
This looks very much like a filter beeing applied, indeed. Did you check the filter field in the library ? If a filter is applied, you should have something like that:

Same problem here. I found a list of filters and they are all unchecked. I've not found (in C1 Express) anything like a search bar for filters. I remain unable to use this software on files on my hard disk.

I know this is an old thread but in case anyone runs into this problem. Make certain you check the "Global Filters" View-->Global Filters and make certain you don't have anything filtered out there. Global filters will not show up in the "Filters" section that was shown in the previous response above. As an example, I had a global filter to always hide raw files so I could easily select only jpg files from a previous session. When I then went to shoot tethered with a different camera that only shoots RAW, I couldn't see anything in Capture One, even though the files were in the folder structure on the computer. Removing the Global Filter resolved the problem. Hope this helps.
