Purchase Problems
Hello,
I am currently at the end of the trial period and have been attempting to purchase a licence. However, this is becoming somewhat problematic as the payment keeps being declined. My bank initially blocked my card after my first attempt as a security measure but it has now been unblocked and I was advised that it would be OK to try making the purchase again. This failed too - declined payment and message to contact Capture One.
I am not inclined to keep trying as clearly the problem is with your payment collection system. Await your advice. Great software but very frustrated and disappointed by the failure of the purchase process.
