my email linked to my capture one account not working anymore...
hi Capture One,
I am writing from the West Elm Studio in Brooklyn New York. I originally made my CaptureOne account with this email: WestElmphotostudio@WSGC.com
this is what I use to log in and where I get some of your emails.
My IT department has decided to cancel that account !! without asking me, and now I need to change it.
Can I just go on my profile and change it to different email account?
Or will this process involve CaptureOne sending an email to my disabled WestElmphotostudio@WSGC.com email , for confirmation? which would be a problem , because I would not have access to it?
Please help !!

Most of us are Capture One users, not employees of Capture One. For a problem such as yours you may need to talk directly to Capture One support. Click on the Submit a request button at the upper right of forum pages to contact Support directly. Make sure you tell them your current email address so they can get in touch with you.
